Trouble Printing PDF files?
Some people have run into trouble printing out the pdf files. For that reason, we have included Microsoft Word versions of the documents whenever these are available. I have only been able to duplicate the problem with PDF files using FireFox. I recommend either using Internet Explorer instead of FireFox (no problems encountered printing from within IE 6.0), or, if you are using FireFox, first download the pdf files to your computer using File -> Save Page As ... and then open and print them using Acrobat Reader.
