Intended Outcomes

  • Reaffirm and recommit to the project goal, which is to create a common performance assessment tool, to be used during student teaching, that allows for the valid documentation of content and content pedagogy proficiencies in the subject matter areas of mathematics and science
  • Identify in sufficient detail, all elements of the prototype assessment tool that need to be revised (both content and format) and document the rationale underlying the revisions
  • Complete a working draft of the revised tool that reflects the majority consensus of the participants and is consistent with the goal of the project, and
  • Clarify next steps
